What you send us

A service inquiry may include your name, phone number, email, property address, town, system details, access conditions, and message. Voicemail may contain the same information in audio and may be transcribed. Do not send bank numbers, government identifiers, medical information, or unrelated sensitive data.

We use the inquiry to connect you with an independent contractor, follow up, keep service and quality records, prevent abuse, and answer correction requests. The contractor has its own business practices, so ask how it handles your information after making contact.

Calls, recordings, forms, and site logs

Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and follow-up. Maine law generally allows a party to authorize a recording, and the voicemail greeting gives audible notice before it captures a message. Leave only a name and callback number if you do not want to record property details.

A form-delivery provider processes the fields you submit. Hosting and security logs may include IP address, browser, requested pages, timestamps, and errors. The embedded map may contact Google when it loads. We do not claim to build an advertising profile from your visit.

Who receives it and how long it stays

Inquiry details may be shared with an independent contractor, hosting and form providers, voicemail or transcription services, and vendors needed to run or secure the site. Information may also be kept or disclosed when law, safety, fraud prevention, or a legal claim reasonably requires it. We do not sell it here as a consumer mailing list.

We keep records as long as reasonably needed for connection, follow-up, operations, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Vendors may use their own schedules. Call (207) 962-2299 to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify identity, and some records may stay when law or security requires it.

Children and policy changes

This service is intended for adults arranging property work and is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, call so the issue can be reviewed.

This policy may change when the site, vendors, or law changes. The updated date will be revised here. Continued use after a change means the new version applies to later activity.
